Rodney and Elby at the front desk were terrific. Both helped us with restaurant reservations and suggestions for touring.

We were thrilled with our stay. What a surprise to have our rooms ready more than an hour before regular check-in time! The staff at both the front desk and at the breakfast cafe were always warm and welcoming and fun and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again.

Main exception= advertised with a POOL. This was a major reason I chose this particular hotel. Very much false advertising, needs taken down immediately! Visited late June with hot weather and no pool was very influential to my level of enjoyment. I stayed a total of 9 nights & was told of city tax fees after balance paid. On a positive note the quality of cleanliness was outstanding.
